We are pleased to offer a return policy to our customer, returns must be returned to us within 30 days of your purchase.
All the returns need to be non-used with koko tag on; also you will need to bring the original invoice to us at the mean time. We will not accept any unwanted or be used products apart from quality problem.
You might have a question: why are KOKO hair products non refundable if they are used? KOKO hair products are considered as a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be refunded for the safety of all of our customers.
